We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label (Europe only), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns

Return Shipping
• 📦 For EU Customers:
We provide a return shipping label for orders shipped within the European Union. The label must be requested within 14 days of receiving your item.
• 🌍 For Non-EU Customers (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.):
Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
Customers must organize a tracked return shipment using a local delivery company and provide the tracking number.
We are not responsible for lost or untracked return parcels. Please ensure the return shipment is fully trackable and insured (if necessary).
Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 3–7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
