Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

International Shipping

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our website or directly on the carrier's website. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Damaged Items
